JCL carried out all civil works and substantial building works directly.  We procured and managed an experiences team of specialist subcontractors to deliver on the Clients expectations, within budget and on time.  We alo fulfilled the role of PSCS

Key Features

  • 16,000m2 site development works including 12,000m3 disposal of unsuitable material and importation of suitable fill
  • Maintenance Depot Building: 400m2 building over two levels with offices and plant storage.  Constructed with structural steel frame structre infilled with blockwork, architectural curved roof and architectural wall panels
  • Complete internal fit out of the Maintenance Depot with substantial mechanical & electrical element including Building Management System (BMS) works
  • Salt Storage Barn Building: 650m2 building, structural steel frame structure, reinforced watertight concrete floors and 6m high in-situ walls and columns complete with cladding to walls and roof and electrical fit out
  • Construction of 1,200m2 car park and access roads and 3,000m2 reinforced concrete yards
  • All utilities and services including foul network & treatment, storm including attenuation pond, watermain including well and pump house, firefighting tanks, public lighting and communications
